Process

Our Spinning Process

1. Shredding

The shredding machine processes the small pieces of waste textile in a unique way. Only Kakkar Spinning uses the proprietary machine optimisation formula.

2. Recycling

After shredding textile waste, our recycling process involves sorting, cleaning, and reprocessing the fibers to create sustainable new materials.

3. Spinning

Our spinning process turns the recovered fibres into superior yarn after the recycling process, making them appropriate for use in brand-new textile designs.

Textile Waste

The material that is left over after a textile product is produced or used up is usually referred to as textile waste. RecoverTM, on the other hand, sees circular solutions rather than waste. We use textile waste as our raw material to make recycled fibres for Kakkar Spinning, which can be put back into the textile industry and help it transition to a closed-loop model.
